For all of our products, except warming pad,Towel Warmers, fleece pads and controllers with 90-day guarantee, we provide an unlimited two-year guarantee against any defects in the manufacturer's materials and workmanship. For massage tables, there is a 10-year guarantee on the leg and frame system. If a defect should arise during the guarantee period, contact us immediately, and we will arrange for repair or replacement of the item. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all items in need of repair.
All of our products have a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. You can return the product for any reason. The returned product must be undamaged, in new or nearly-new condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been clearly damaged or used extensively.
Sorry, there is no refund for any shipping, handling, or postal insurance costs.
